Where to even start… As far as I can remember – as a little girl – whether it was playing around with my granny’s make up, becoming a ballerina and dancer (which requires lots of stage make up) at a young age or playing with and hunting down the most beautiful barbies, I have always been drawn to aesthetics. I am drawn to anything beautiful and harmoneous when it comes to any and every aspect of my life, and without being superficial (ironically) there really is beauty in everything and everyone, the trick is to find that beauty and enhance that beauty into something even more beautiful, without changing the raw canvas.
Growing up, I was lucky enough to study a number of things that interested me from teaching little children to exploring the psychology field, yet whilst studying I worked in an antiaging clinic. That is when I truly realised my passion and intense intrigue when it comes to the beauty industry and everything it had to offer. The key for women is to essentially stay as young and youthful as we can by growing old gracefully and minimising the aging process, and oh boy are there tons of ways and means for us to do that.
Today, I am blessed to say that I am running a business that allows me to help women feel empowered and comfortable in their own skin. How much more liberating could a’job’ be! Whether it is doing someone’s eyebrows or enhancing their tan, it is the most rewarding thing to see how a woman walks into Blush and how she walks out. Giving someone the small gift of confidence and courage is what life is all about. Therefore my work goes much deeper than just making someone ‘beautiful’ on the outside… It is helping them to feel that on the inside too.
This really is just the beginning. I am so excited for what’s to come and I can’t wait to share my journey with you all. Watch this space, so many more incredible treatments that are going to be on offer soon
